Cloverfield and 36

People seem to keep coming across the number 36 when examining the trailer for the JJ Abram’s Cloverfield movie currently known as 1-18-08. As pointed out by Stereogum, around the 36 second mark, the MSTRKRFT remix of Wolfmother’s “Woman” plays in the background of the teaser. Also as indicated in the in-depth video examination of the current information surrounding the movie in our previous post, the number 12:36am appears in the picture on the 1-18-08 website. The video also goes into an elaborate mathematical equation around the number. However, I’m still pretty convinced there isn’t much solid evidence to back the number 36 theory up.
